Well, sort of. I don’t want to spoil anything for those who may not have seen the latest Lost episode yet, but did you notice the MacGyverish use of a knitting needle by Dr. Jack? Whoa.

So someone on the plane was a knitter, evidently. Wonder if there were any more needles or yarn recovered. Wouldn’t you just love to see Sawyer get bored of re-reading Watership Down and start knitting someone’s abandoned project? Maybe whip up some booties for Claire’s baby?

All of this begs the question: what knitting project would you most like have in tow should you find yourself on a deserted island?
