Oh, the Lace-Trim Bolero is so sneaky. The back, the fronts, the sleeves — they all knit up so quickly, and then there is the trim which must be knit for miles.

The pattern suggests sewing it on as you go along, but I don’t enjoy the idea of having to flip around the entire sweater every 7 stitches. So, I’m not going to start attaching until I’m at least in the ballpark of having enough to go around. Or until I run out of this ball of Elann Sonata. (I’m guessing that the latter is gonna happen first.)

Here’s hoping that I’ll have a finished product to display soon!
