Productive Weekend
Introducing Haiku!

She’s one buzzy bee button short, but otherwise complete. I really enjoyed this pattern, and I think I see another one of these in my future… perhaps in the adult Sonnet size?
And here’s one First Blush sweater sleeve done. I am so loving the touch of color on the sleeves!

The blue is a great denim color that will make this sweater go nicely with jeans, I think. It was a tad tricky to plan the placement of the stripes while keeping track of the increases… but it all worked out fine and I took careful notes so that I can create another one just like it. I can’t believe I’m actually rounding the bend on this one and nearing completion. Finally!

I’m very impressed by the sleeve stripes! It’s just that extra bit of interest that will make the sweater all yours. Nice work–good luck with the second one.

Your Haiku sweater is adorable. So does the blush sweater. The striped colors are the perfect shade of pastel.

I love haiku and the stripes. Are you going to Nyah nyah nyah at the teach next time you see her??
Seriously, they look great.
